Weather spots to watch...

Okay, Felix has died with some grace and it didn't do as much damage as it could have. At last count 39 died, most of them from Honduras. The sat image shows the Felix remnants. The thing I want to point out is the band of clouds hanging out off the Carolina coast, known as 99L, they haven't formed into a tropical anything yet because there has been some decent wind sheer on them for the last couple days, but the wind sheer is going to drop tomorrow and there is a good possibility that 99L could slowly form into a tropical depression over the next few days. Watch it. Really watch it. It is close to home and could be on us fast. Get you supplies together. Water, batteries, food for three days. Gas in the car. Do it.
