I am someone who grew up in the cold war.In the early 1960's,I recall drills in elementary school,when we would go into the hallways to brace ourselves from a nuclear attack from the USSR.My mother always said that it was not Russia that we should worry about,it was China.Well,she was right as usual.I assumed that she meant that China's threat would be militarily.I never imagined that it would be monetary.We only have ourselves to blame.
